Allison Calhoun-Brown, Ph.D. is Senior Vice President for Student Success and Chief Enrollment Officer at Georgia State University, where she leads one of the nation’s most comprehensive student success enterprises. Her portfolio spans the entire student lifecycle—from recruitment through graduation—and includes enrollment management, academic support, and student life as well as university-wide initiatives to advance student success.

A nationally recognized higher education leader, Dr. Calhoun-Brown is known for integrating strategic enrollment management, student success, proactive academic advisement, organizational transformation, and data-informed decision-making to improve student outcomes. Under her leadership, Georgia State continues to strengthen its position as a national model for student success, graduating more than 11,000 students annually while sustaining the elimination of significant achievement gaps based on race, ethnicity, and income for more than a decade.  A sought-after speaker, she frequently presents on student success, leadership, organizational transformation, strategic enrollment management, and the use of predictive analytics to enhance higher education.
