Kristin M. Sites is the Senior Associate Director for Learning Services and Tutoring Coordinator at Mount St. Mary’s University, where she has worked since 2010. Kristin also currently serves as President of the Maryland College Learning Center Association (MDCLCA). A Pennsylvania native, Kristin holds a B.A. in Theatre and English from Muhlenberg College and an M.S. in Counseling and College Student Personnel from Shippensburg University. In total, Kristin has dedicated more than two decades in higher education, starting with her career as a Peer Tutor and including roles at Penn State Mont Alto and Gettysburg College. She has worked in most all aspects of academic support, including tutoring, disability services, academic warning, early alert systems, advising, first-year programming, and academic skills instruction.
