Michael Salvatore, Ph.D., is the Executive Vice President for Academic and Administrative Operations at Kean University. A dedicated educator and administrator, Dr. Salvatore has more than 20 years of experience in public education, serving as a teacher, elementary school principal and award-winning superintendent of schools in Long Branch, New Jersey. Throughout his career, he has focused on expanding access, closing learning gaps and creating a more equitable and sustainable ecosystem for student success.
