AJ Lemheney has an extensive career in workforce development and education services, having previously served as the Chief Learning Officer at Knowledge to Practice, a provider of postgraduate medical education, and Vice President of Education and Designated Institutional Official at Lehigh Valley Health Network, an academic community hospital. AJ has held numerous other positions in academic medicine, organizational development, and undergraduate and graduate education. He strongly advocates for economic empowerment and civic leadership through literacy, education, and wellness. AJ earned his BS in Computer Science and Philosophy from DeSales University, an MEd in Instruction & Curriculum and post-graduate studies in Clinical Psychology from Kutztown University, a post-baccalaureate certificate in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Moravian College, and a EdD in Learning & Technology from Pepperdine University, where his research was in the use of virtual reality to teach medical procedures and clinical decision making. AJ also holds professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma, project management, and adult academic advising.
