Breakout Session Topic: Increasing Women’s Leadership Opportunities

Erin Barnard manages the events and programming of the council and enjoys working closely with students and mentors. She is an advocate for mentorship and seeks to inspire women by sharing success stories of Rider women as co-host of the podcast, Take the Reins. Prior to her current role, Erin worked in college admissions and recruiting and has over 15 years of experience in higher education. She has worked at two- and four-year colleges and both public and private institutions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Dickinson College and an MBA from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management.
