Breakout Session Topic: Increasing Women’s Leadership Opportunities

Polly Dell’Omo joined the GBWLC upon her arrival at Rider University in 2015. Since that time, the council has grown from a woman’s leadership and mentoring program for Rider University juniors, seniors, and graduate students to one which encompasses first year and second year students as well. Additionally, Polly has been a member of the Rider University faculty as an adjunct instructor in the mathematics department. She also enjoys her role as presidential spouse and is actively involved in engaging with university alumni and a wide range of other university stakeholders. Polly received her BS in Mathematics from Montclair State University and her MS in Instructional Leadership from Robert Morris University where she was also an adjunct member of the faculty.
