She is the co-host of the Blasian Wellness Podcast and has been featured in the “Hope Book Series.” The goal of both the podcasts and the Hope Series books is to give women all over the world hope so they can come together, improve their health, create the life of their dreams, and change the world. Tamica, herself, is no stranger to struggles and adversities. She grew up in poverty in Jersey City. At the age of 14, both of her parents died, and she ended up homeless at 16. Knowing that education was the key, after years of saving and with the help of the Charlotte W. Newcombe Foundation Scholarship was able to graduate Magna Cum Laude with a BA in General Studies and Humanities in 2011 and went on to earn an MA in Health Communication from Rider University in 2021.
